The age of consent for women is only 9 in Iran. Iran recently hanged a 16 year old girl because she was raped. Why aren't you outraged about that?

Doesn't sound like it is common. If it were, I doubt the base commander would have resigned, officers been discharged, and men now would not be incarcerated in military prisons.
