Police can stop and search adults (to a limited extent) if the adults look suspicious, so that standard can also probably be used on kids.

The standard for a temporary (Terry) stop is "reasonable suspicion". That requires more than a hunch, but less than probable cause. And if the officer has the reasonable suspicion that the person is armed and presently dangerous, or carrying contraband, then a frisk (pat-down) is always usually allowed.

The "reasonable suspicion" standard is the outer edge of what is currently allowed under criminal procedure for warrantless searches, and it would all depend on how intrusive the search was relative to how strong and supported the suspicion was.

4th amendment is the right to not be searched unreasonably without a warrant.

So no, The law states that it is illegal to search someone just becuase they look suspicious.

Of course there are ways around this. If a cop wants to talk to someone that is suspicious and they start running, it is now legal for that cop to pursue that person and search them.

Then theres the police's ace in the hole. Most people dont know their rights SO ALL THE POLICE HAVE TO DO IS SAY" IM GONNA SEARCH YOU" and if you dont say no, its my right not to be searched, they've got you.

Juveniles, despite what some may hope or what I may want, are still protected by the 4th amendment which is the highest law in the land.

There is a law on the books called a Terry stop. A polic officer can stop an individual on the street and search him or her for a weapon.

Sure, then all we have to do is raise the age of adulthood to 120. That should sufficiently destroy the 4th amendment with out actually changing it. Bravo.
