when you ask a question your points go DOWN, so even though you answered some questions, you still havent got enought points to make it to level 2 yet. keep answering, and ask fewer questions, you'll get there faster that way. if you get some "best answers" it will go even faster.

You still needs 119 points to advance to level 2 coz you have only 131 but to reach level 2, you need 250 points so
119+131 = 250 points will make level 2

Your info box says you have 131 points. I had to have 250 pts. to get to level 2. Keep at it, you'll be there in no time!

I think you need 180 points...okay make that 250=)
