Since I'm a 23 year old male in college the first thing that pops in to my head is vaginal penetration. Sex as you probably know is also related to gender male/female.

Sex deals with the biological aspects of gender. Gender itself is the social construction of male/female. Or ... were you talking about intercourse?

however i'm seen a sexist, there is not any distinction in woman and male intercourse drives, different than perhaps male's intercourse drives are larger at a yonger age and lady's at an older age. yet as much as now as "performance" of intercourse drives, there is not any distinction between ladies and men human beings.

If this is graduate work in sociology I can see why sociology is in trouble. Sex is biological differentiations of male and female.
