The punishment, as Gilbert and Sullivan pointed out ("My object so sublime . . ."), should fit the crime.
Others have made some suggestions.
What, though, should be the punishment for the false accuser after the rapist has been castrated and/or executed?

It depends on the circumstances surrounding the rape.
For example if an adult rapes a two year old, the sentence should be different than if two drunks fall into bed and one doesn't realize that the other is passed out.
The first case indicates that lifetime incarceration is warranted. The second case requires further assessment to determine the degree of risk the rapist poses to society.

Child molesters, murderers, and rapists, (and especially those that rape and kill their victims) deserve the most dreadful of punishments: sit them on a sharp tall stake and let them squirm on the TV and internet for all to see what happens to these children of Hell. Bring back Vlad Tepes where these human skidmarks are concerned.

Now child molestation or sexual predators, or serial rapist should be castrated. If a person was at a party and went home with somebody and they cried rape later then there shouldnt be a very serious crime like castration but I do believe these sick lonely people should be castrated and left to rot in jail.

lets be honest- most rapes are invented . guy wakes up with ugly girl goes home and promises to drink less. girl cries rape because he doesnt call her.
girl wakes up with ugly guy -she cries rape out of embarrasment.
and we've all heard the no no , oh go on then havent we.
the difference between rape and consentual sex is just salesmanship.
if you are in the minority that has been raped i think you should have the right to have their knackers chopped off.

I hear theres actually a surgery that can be performed where they remove the part of the persons brain that controls those urges, rape isn't about sex, its about power and control, even cutting off his ying yang won't stop him from doing other things so this surgery would be my best idea.

Depends what society [some that operate on "eye for an eye" basis] maybe a romantic evening with a horny male gorilla would work? Personally depending on the circumstances I believe anything short of death penalty is fair game

Once convicted, they should be locked in a room with the family/friends of the victim, and let them determine his fate...

none, unless violence is involved, then treat it as ABH/GBH on the evidence, if there is any.
