How do I get her back? Should I say I was just joking, or that I was drunk or something? I hated her last week but now I miss her really bad. Should I just act like nothing happened and tell her I never said it? Or should I stick with my original accusation that she really is ugly, in case I was to change my mind in the future.

That was mean. If you want to grovel back to her after you were being an insensitive a** that's fine! I hope she has better self respect than to get back together with you! How cruel! Even if she is ugly, you shouldn't judge people by their looks, jsut keep in mind that every there is such a thing as karma. What goes around comes around. I'm not trying to sound like a bi***, but you really should have said soemthing other than she was ugly. Now she will have a complex and you admitted to her that you were all about the looks and not about her. One day someone will do the same thing to you, and you will feel like crap because you thought that they liked you for who you were but they don't. Karma baby karma!

Why did you tell her she's ugly in the first place. If I were you, I would appologize to her see what see still thinks about you. In my case I would not forgive you. You don't feel nothing for her. You are already planning ifs, that's a bad choice. You better move on and hope for the near future that nobody tells you the same you told her!!!!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Unfortunately you weren't meant to behold-her.
You've probably lost her relationship-wise forever, but if you want a shot at remaining friends with her, I think it would be best to apologize. Ok, so you spoke your mind by being blunt, but other than making yourself look foolish, what did it accomplish? There are more diplomatic ways of saying things (eg you could've told her that you weren't attracted to her anymore) instead of trying to break down her self-esteem. Oh, and by the way, if she does have self-esteem left, I think she might stay away from you.
But hey, best of luck in the future. Live and learn right?

Time to move on. Why would a girl want to be with someone that called her ugly? If you really think she is ugly, why do you want to be with her? You probably miss her b/c you were use to having her around. Give it some time and you'll get over missing her.

You have basically ruined it. I doubt that she will ever really want you back. Well, if you hated her last week if you guys get back together you will probably just get annoyed with her again. You probably just miss her because you just miss having a girlfriend in general. If you thought that she was ugly when you said it you will probably think it again very soon. Move on and find a new girlfriend. Just make sure that the next time you are considerate of their feelings.

Speaking from a man's point of view, you sir were no gentleman. She may forgive you and take you back, but then again, I really don't believe she will. And personally, I wouldn't blame her! you have to apologise even if your not getting back with her I'm pretty sure she is broken but your not getting her back even if she is ugly you don't tell someone that to break up . say you had a really sh*t day send her flowers and say i would like to be friend even if you don't or you would like to stay civil with her.
move on and get a girl that isn't ugly .

You seem too immature to have a relationship with someone right now. It also seems that you a problem with abusing yourself by getting intoxicated. When you don't care about yourself...why would you care about anyone else. I don't hurt people I love deliberately. Don't think you love her, pal! Take a long hard look at yourself. You screwed up, and there's no way back in. Just be nicer the next time if you ever get another girlfriend. You should always be kind to your girlfriends, no matter what. It's never acceptable to say such rude and hurtful things.
