Using a photo as an avitor
1. Set up a Yahoo 360 page at http://360.yahoo.com
2. Click on "my page"
3. Click on "edit personal photos"
4. Upload the photo and set as primary
5. Go to Yahoo Answers
6. Click on "my q&a"
7. Click on "edit my info"
8. Click on "use my Yahoo 360 picture"
Using a Yahoo Mail avitar
1. Go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and create an avitar
2. Go to Yahoo Answers
3. Click on "my q&a"
4. Click on "edit my info"
5. Click on "use my Yahoo Avitar"

When you log in click on the blank smiley face :) and then when your profile page comes up. Look underneath the blank smiley face and you'll see a little link which says 'edit my info'. Click this link and up comes a page called Edit my profile. There is then the second option of changing your profile picture. Click the option 'use my yahoo! avatar' option. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'preview' then on the next page and scroll down and click 'ok'. You should not have your avatar in the box!

Go to "My Q&A" and select the preferences you want for Yahoo Answers. You can select your Avatar as a display picture, choose another picture, etc.

click on your name and go to "edit my info." You will see where to put pictures and avatars about one third of the way down on the page.
