you need to fish at least 3 times in EVERY square of water on route 119

every game has different spots, that change randomly based on a phrase

the thing is, out of 400 possible areas to fish, six of them, ONLY six random spots have feebas.

when you find it, you've got like a 70% chance of catching a feebas with ANY rod.

the spots i found in my game will not be the same spots you can find them in your game. it's all trial and error.
