To clarify: The key word is WACKO. Not all environmentalists or vegitarians/vegans are wacko. My daughter is both, but she is very sane about it.

1989 I went to a Greeen Peace hangout in San Diego wearing a "Nuke the whales" tee shirt and had 2 guys want to get in a fist fight over it. They have no humor at all. Funniest part was when I was leaving I offered them the chance to come outside and they all of a sudden had the need to pee.

Thats too bad. Making others upset intentionally is a sign that you have serious psychological issues. You should really go get help becuase it can one day lead to a very unhappy life and poor health. Also, you're missing out on the priviledge of living the modern advancements in social structuring. You don't need to put anyone down because we now live in a time when we really can be who we want and be equals. There is no social paradigm saying you are better than environmentalists or vegans, so why limit yourself to being classifyable? Be free.

Why spend time and energy trying (and I did say trying) to tick off either one? Enviromentalists, they study pretty much globally what is going on and trying to find new and better solutions. Where as Vegitarians/Vegans, do this as a personal choice for them-selfs. If I was too pick one I would choose Vegans/ Vegitarians

The environmentalists don't bother me, I see their point in keeping the world clean, but those Vegan folks are a little nuts. I love a good vegetarian dish, and chow down on a Boca Burger, but I need some chicken, beef, pork, etc. We are all animals, in a technical sense. Animals eat animals, it's the way the world works.

Environmentalists are just concerned people. Vegans are truly wacko.

At least environmentalists can achieve a few positive things and in general are seeking change for the benefit of mankind.

Vegetarians and vegans on the other hand just lack the ability to cope with modern life and are actively seeking to kill off our animals. - that's right!!!!

Think it through - no one eats cows, sheep, pigs or what ever. Are farmers going to keep them - you bet they are not. Just as many people are against zoos so goodbye completely to all those food animals.

It does not stop there - no animals = no manure = total reliability on chemical fertilisers to produce crops which = vegetables more expensive than meat ever was and no organic produce!!!

Let people believe and practise what they want but please, please, please, get them off their high horse and stop preaching at those of us with a brain!

I like ticking everybody off, as long as I'm in the mood and recognize the sense of humor in them.

By the way, I'm a vegetarian and I consider myself an environmentalist too, but I wouldn't call myself wacko.

Does that make sense in your feeble little brain?

who says you cant do both all in one?

i like to start up a big fire by burning tires and styrofoam, then cook some animals over it, AND NOT EVEN EAT THEM. lol.

j/k. but, i know what you're talking about, its one thing to be sensible about killing animals, and not poluting, but for crying out loud.... open your mouth, see those teeth that are pointed? those are canines, those are for KILLING, not eating. that proves that we were born to eat meat, so dont tell me how to live my life. and i'll recycle, thats fine, i'll separate paper and bottles, but i'm not gonna spend my whole night to make sure the brown, green, and clear glasses are in different trash bins. the kid at the recycling place gets paid for that, he'll take care of it, i'm not gonna.
