Are you talking about your speakers not working or the volume on the computer?

If you have a windows computer then where it shows the time, it should have a little cartoon cone with lines imerging from it, click it and check that none of the sounds are mute, if this doesnt work, check your speakers are plugged in, and are working.

there might be a volume control on the outside of your computer. make sure that is turned on.
