has anyone had an allergic reaction to foam putty or floam?

Also, does anyone know exactly what they put in it? All i can find is that it is "made of polystyrene balls". I cant find any info regarding the putty part.

There does not seem to be a list of ingredients and if you look here, the question has been asked before.
There are recipes for making your own so perhaps it will give you a clue

no but i do hate the feel of foam it goes right through me yuk !!
