According to Baseball Fever, the Phildelphia Phillies became the first baseball team in history to lose 10,000 games, including post-season games, on June 25, 2005. I'm sure had the St. Louis Browns stayed around they proabably would have got there 1st. Without looking, I'm pretty sure the Yankees have the most wins.

HISTORY INCLUDES POST-SEASON.The Phillies have lost the most games and the Yankees have won the most games including post-season. The Giants won over 10,000 games due to the fact that they were in MLB in the 1880's, long before NYY. The Yankees are right behind them in regular season games with 18 years less playing time.
