But in all seriousness - 8-10 years start to finish.

It's the usual 4 years for a bachelor's degree, but that could be longer or shorter depending on your class load.

However, if you want to have a career as a pyschologist you will need to be in school for a very long time. It's hard to get any job dealing with psychology with only a bachelor's degree.
