This could have been worse I guess but a few years ago, I had met this girl in a chatroom, and we found we had similar interests - films, fitness, and TGIFridays. So we decided to meet.
We did and there was definite physical attraction and the conversation was going along smoothly, several drinks in. Then she asked what I did for a living and I told her I was a Youth Pastor (for a local church).
She pauses for a second, looks like she is formulating a thought. Then she says, "So was Mother Mary a whore or what?"
Needless to say I didn't see her again.

I only dated one guy from an online dating site. He wasn't dangerous or anything, but he was very insecure and temperamental. There was also a guy who wanted me to go up to his house in Boca Raton, which I obviously did not do. Then there was a guy in his fifties who e-mailed me out of the blue and said he had been looking at my profile for a long time -- even though it had been so long that I forgot it was still there. That's when I finally took it down.

Yes, not really tragic or anything. I met a women and she bored me to death. Kept rambling on and on about her work. I literally was about to fall alseep due to the boredom and pain I was experiencing. I attempted to change subjects and was successful but then she would keep reverting back to her work. I just left the coffee shop and took the train home. She was probably still chatting away to herself. Who knows. Who cares...
