Why is it that there are so few racial minorities with a Team Lead position? Is the company only promoting a Token amount of racial diversity in its work force? The poster about having racial diversity in the conference room must be just for show then.

No, but I know someone who used to. She said they are a very Christian oriented company and are kinda pushy with religion. Not sure about the race thing, but I can believe it may be possible - this IS America

maybe it's just where you live? My target is diverse. If you live in a prominent white neighborhood, there's your answer.
