Have you ever been in fog?

A cloud is the situation when there is more water than the atmosphere at that temperature/pressure can hold in gas form, so the water starts condensing into a cloud.

It's not enough to drown you. Far before that much condensation you get percipitation.

Hi. Depends on what the cloud is made of. If its dense enough to fill your lungs until you can't breath, then yes.

You can freeze for sure...the clouds are damn cold, sometimes minus 50 or even more. So, either you will freeze, or you may fall down through them (just like planes can cut through).
