I would go back to the bank again. did they have you fill out an affidavit? you should have. If that still doesn't work try contacting the place that debited your account. They would also be responsible for your overdrafts as well but it may be hard to get them to cooperate. Your bank is still the best way to go.

Make a trip to the bank, with a letter in hand concerning your account, explaining that the money taken out was an error. The payment draft was not approved by you. Therefore the money needs to be redeposited and overdraft charges corrected.
If this does not correct your problem, talk to a service supervisor eye to eye at the bank.

you have to call the bank and tell them that you did not authorize the charges.they will usually credit the charges back to you.it depends on what bank you have.i had that prob before.the charges put me overdraft charges as well.it took about a week i think it was years ago.but yes you get credit for that also.you have to call them constantly to get some results.then after that they have to send you papers to be signed and notorized that says you were not responsible for the charges.hope this helps ive been there.it is extremely stressful i know good luck

yes you should be given back the NFS charges. Keep calling the bank. Tell them that you did not authorize any money out of your account, then have them close the account and reopen a new one.

If someone has taken money once they will do it again.
