jordan,relax.thats the best way.choose a nice,warm,cozy day or night to make love when u have no frustrations,no worries.always wait till ur girl's had her periods-then she will be comfortable and sure.the best way is to take a relaxing,refreshing shower(together if possible),watch some romantic/erotic movie together and talk dirty.then get into the swing.u dont have to try anything too hard,or new or impossible-just a position which will allow your semen to stay inside your girl as long as possible without it leaking out.put a couple of pillows underneath ur girl's buttocks as soon as u come,but dont take your penis out.once u have the pillows beneath her,stay in that position for as long as she wants.relax.then its ok to get up and let the rest of the semen flow away.be sure to wash the private areas with soap and water after making love as this will prevent any infection.make love regularly and with passion.i concieved within a month.be tender and understanding to your girl and also u must observe good hygiene as well.wash ur privates with soap and water as well and wear clean,comfortable underwear.and in no time u will find out that u are going to be daddy.remember,u are making a tiny baby so make preparations well before it arrives.

Well the best way to get pregnant the natural way is to have sex in the missionary position with the man on top. Ejaculate as close to the cervix as possible and then if she can, not to move from her back, just lay there, with a pillow under her bottom for about 20-30 minutes or longer if she wants. Do this every day or every other day and its bound to happen in now time. Me and my husband have 2 kids, 28 months old and 8 months old, so obviously this formula works.

Don't use any protection. If you are having conception problems, go get an adjustment, sometimes something may be out of wack and an adjustment from a chiropractor can get the body working right. My sister-in-law went through fertility drug ways and still no good. Started seeing a chiro and next thing you know she was pregnant.
The guy does not need to wear tight briefs or go into a hot tub (that kills the swimmers)

The natural way doesnt always happen because i am 25 and my husband is 42. We tried natural but we have seen gynos and urologists and our best way to have a child is by artifical insemination that is giving us a 60 percent chance of conceiving a child.

Jordan, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she starts turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. You must ejaculate on your inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up with a pillow under her buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
You must save your sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Well I was watching this program on TV (me and my husband are trying also) and this doctor said that you should have sex once every other day. The sperm can live inside for two days, so by doing it every other day, you two will have a better chance at getting pregnant. Also, you will have a better chance at fertilization. He said that you will get preg. faster by doing it every other day rather than every day b/c sperm has to regenerate. We have only been trying for a month, but I am hoping this guy is right! just relax and try not to think about it as a chore, and have lots of orgasmic **v*. A good thing for Mrs.'s to do is have an orgasm with you or after wards, as the orgasm will help to carry your sperm up to the Fallopian tubes. Also after **v* making have her lay there with her hips tilted upwards via a pillow under lower back or have her lay on the floor with legs up against the bed relaxing with those hips well tilted upwards(worked for us). Having sex is the obvious answer. Find out when she is ovulating if you want to concive and have better odds. there are home ovulating kits available at most drug stores. Position is up to you however. do what you enjoy. If she has a tilted uterus do it doggy style worked for me after 5 years of trying.

Keep trying but make it fun, don't think about making a baby, just make it very romantic. The less you think about it the better.

stay in as long as possible then have mommy to be lay down with legs up on pillows to sleep... worked for us after 8 months of trying
