I have an unauthorized fee on my telephone bill from My Info Guard LLC with no contact number. I need to cont

Contact the phone company.

Your phone company is the first place to go. I had a similar situation, and the phone company took the charges off for me. I am sure they have this stuff happen all the time, so they know what to do.
