You can try a product called "Disk Doctor" and there are some places , usually a used game ore music store, that repair the disks you'd have to look in the phone book

There is a product called CD Doctor (if I think it's the name) that letsyou put in damaged CDs in the device and crank it up with a lever and cranck it until you dont see scratches anymore. To keep your CDs protected, get DSkin and put them under the discs.

TRY GETTING THOSE DISK SCAN THINGS AND JUST PUT IT OVER THE GAME SO THE KIDS CANT SCATCH IT ANYMORE IF ITS SCARCHED IT SHOULD STILL WORK IN A PLAY STATION
