It cud be pitutary tumor....u shud go to an endocrinologist and get ur blood test done for prolactin levels .. Pitutary is a pea size gland in ur brain and releases hormones ..like prolactin..which is precursor of milk.
Do you have any other symptoms like ...loss of vision or a moment.. and headaches.. usually pitutory tumors .. press on ur optic nerve.. if large enough..
Usually they will prescribe.. dostinex..to shrink it.. ( i am undergoing the treatment myself.. thought my prolactin levels were not too high to make me lactate)..
or u'll have to get it sugically removed....
a homeopathic medicine is also effective.. if u r lactating...without any cause.. which is Pulsatila 30...
But do consult a doctor and get ur levels checked..
good luck

The most common reason for galactorrhoea (lactating when not pregnant) is an imbalance in hormones. Prolactin (hormone which controls lactation) levels might be high in your blood. But there are other reasons for it also. You need to consult your doctor ASAP.
Good luck!

It is not that uncommon. It is based or hormonal responses. If you take birth control, it mimics the pregnancy state and often can cause lactation.

Either you just had the baby or you have cysts in your milk ducts.
What is coming out? Is it milk or is it fluid? If its got a color to it its probably a cyst. I had one before and it just went away on its own. Go to a doctor just to be sure.
