Get rid of firewall so that I can download songs

The last two times we used Limewire we got a virus. The first time it cost use $98 to get it removed and the last time it cost us $142 to get it removed because we we stupid enough to do it again. I'd stay out of Limewire and go find another site to download songs.

If it's windows firewall you can change that by right clicking on Local Area Connection (in my Network Places), clicking the advanced tab and disabling the firewall there.
and now that I think about it.. Limewire actually opens a port in the windows firewall for you.

DO NOT disable your firewall to use Limewire. Generally, you don't need to.

Limewire is very bad. Stay away from it.
