on 12 it just asks for the name of Paris's pooch or pans pal, which is tinkerbell, but nothing happens because that would be onening the final door, which can't happen until the others are solved! Are other people geting different questions for 12?

The picture shows a Blackjack. It is asking for a person, so their name has Black & Jack in there name. That should help you out.
