Me and my husband were talking about cheating and I said "if you were out of town and a pretty girl came on to you would you cheat" and he said "I don't know, guess it depends on how well things are going at home". Comments please.

What's to say except that the thought of cheating has obviously at least entered his mind before.

The fact both of you were talking about cheating as a conversation says that both of you have thought about doing it. It should not matter how things are at home. Fights come and go and the love should be there throughout!!!!!

That is how men think. They can be so senseless! If it were me I would have told him be careful of what you say and do, it may come back to haunt you. I told my husband once, go ahead. Cause there is someone out there that will enjoy your wife, your kids, your home, and your paycheck. Naturally is the perfect husband now, and that was more than 10 years ago since I said it. Good luck

well.....at least he's honest :p

i mean every guy may cheat, it's not impossible so it's better telling u that than telling u i'll never cheat on u and then behind ur back, he cheats!!!

ur husband clearly stated that it depends on how well things are going at home so just make sure that everything is going well at home always (or at least when he's out of town:p)

OUCH! No matter how good or bad things are going at home between you and your spouse, cheating is the LAST thing he should be thinking about. When you both got married, it was "til death do us part." Sounds like he doesn't take the vows seriously.

He's joking with you. It sounds like he is bored at home, and he has to say something like that to get a response out of you that would give him some excitement in his life. Girls are so damn boreing it's not even funny. Whats up with u girls that have nothing to say, and are completely clueless all the time? You girls make me laugh. But anyway, you better spice things up in the bedroom, or I think he's gonna leave.

I really don't know about that one, Honestly, it would piss me off. Maybe some counseling, but whatever you do, don't become one of those jealouse types, It may be hard, but the more you pressure him about cheating, the more likely he is to do it, and if it gets really bad, I would definately suggest counseling. Good Luck sweetie, I hope it works out for the two of you.

if my husband ever said that there would be nothing going on home between the two of us again...he would be on the street..cheating should never be on your husbands mind no matter how bad it is..if it were that bad at home that he would cheat on you then he should have considered divorce first!

At least he's honest, but now I would worry. It would make me feel like I had to watch my every move at home so he wouldn't get mad and cheat. I think he might cheat on you eventually if he says this now.

Make sure things are good at home! Hopefully he is mature enough to let you know he's not happy before he'd cheat.
