Iran would be the most dangerous with N Korea a close second
both countries want to destroy the ideals of unlike people in the world. The most dangerous thing right now isn't just one country but the f**ed-up ideology of a few individuals that reside in these countries that put actions to their plans.
Right now Iran and N Korea are all talk they want to be on the big stage with the powerhouse countries so that they will be respected in the world and in the UN.
It is only a matter of time when one of them doesn't get what they are striving to acheive and they move to action

North Korea has a dictator that is certified as
insane. He can kill 35,000 Americans with one A-bomb, not to mention all of the hundreds of thousands of South Koreans. If he does drop the big one, I don't think the USA and China
and Japan are going to be too happy. The USA
has many airbases in Japan with H-bombs and
North Korea will be a hole in the ground, but we'll all have to live with the radioactive fallout.

August 27:
Jimmy Wales, founder of the open-forum internet encyclopedia Wikipedia, has vowed that he will not bow to pressure from Beijing to censor sensitive articles. While in Hong Kong to speak at the Chinese Wikimania 2006 conference hosted by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Wales said that he is eager to make Wikipedia accessible on the mainland, but not at the expense of sacrificing its independence or its culture of
allowing users to add to and modify its pool of knowledge, Hong Kong's Sunday Morning Post reports.
August 28:
China's air and water quality are deteriorating at alarming rates,
according to a report by China's National People's Congress (NPC). The study, prepared by Sheng Huaren, vice chairman of the NPC's Standing Committee, says that more than half of the 696 cities monitored suffer from acid rain caused by high sulfur dioxide levels. Other negative indicators are also on the rise; emissions from China's steel mills and power plants, for instance, rose 27% between 2000 and 2005 to 25 million metric tons - double what China's environment can handle - and continued to grow rapidly. Water pollution is also getting worse. Citing the report, the Wall Street Journal reports that total wastewater discharge reached 52.4 billion tons last year, a 26 percent increase over year 2000
levels.
August 30:
A lawsuit by eight Chinese women against the Japanese government has been dismissed by Tokyo's District Court. The suit accused Japan of forcing the women to have sex with Japanese soldiers during World War II. The court, while acknowledging the plaintiffs' claims that they were "abducted, confined, continuously beaten and raped by Japanese soldiers,"
ultimately ruled for the state, claiming the statute of limitations on
the incidents had elapsed, Japan's Kyodo News agency reports.
The decision comes a week after a Nanjing Massacre survivor was awarded $200,000 after winning a lawsuit against two Japanese historians in a local court in Nanjing, China for historical mischaracterization of the 1937 atrocities carried out by the Japanese army. In that case, the court demanded an immediate end to the offending text's publication, the
recall and destruction of all existing copies, and a public apology from the two writers and their publishing house. The same plaintiff, 77-year old Xia Shuqin, has also filed a lawsuit in a local Tokyo court, which will hear the case on September 22nd, Xinhua reports.

Rhetorical and completely subjective question. There is no correct answer as it is completely individual based on understand of world events and the possession of a crystal ball.
Any answer is both correct and incorrect - just pick one that fit's your goals or politics and move ahead... it really doesn't matter.
PS: the downfall of the human race? Tell you what - let's just say the aliens will do it- hahahahaha

Canada is the most dangerous!!
Why?
Because I'm going to become Prime Minister, then I'm going to militarize Canada.
After invading the US, I'll force everyone to learn how to skate and play hockey. Then, I'll raise up a giant hockey army.
Then, we'll invade Russia and get revenge for all of the times they beat Canada in hockey. Of course, that invasion will happen in winter, because we will need the rivers to be frozen in order to skate into Moscow, carrying our dangerous composite hockey sticks. You, know - the ones that are more flexible than the traditional wooden hockey sticks.
I will develop a new heat-seeking snowball technology. These snowballs can hit a person's nose when thrown from 500 meters away.
Then, our next target will be...
