Would anyone consider proofreading my novel?

I am currently finishing writing a romance novle which is a little over 100 pages and would like to have someone proofread it as well as tell me where my good points lay and where I have flaws at. Please respond to this only if you are truly interested in helping me fullfill my quest of having it published in the very near future.
