I'm 36 wks...I'm at work right now and boy am I pissed!!! It's just a mood swing .... I'm in such a bad mood and I dont know why. The phone rings and I wanna yell, my co-worker talks and I feel like kicking him in the crotch. What makes it worse it that they can tell I'm a little tense (even I try not to show it) and they make a joke out of it. I even picked a fight w/ my baby's dad. I asked him to do me a favor that I knew was impossible (while we were both on the way to work and I asked him to drop off food at my job...even though he has a farther drive and there's a food joint down the street from my job) What's wrong with me? How can I calm down? Am I being unreasonable or do i just wanna be pampered during my last week of pregnancy .. is that too much to ask?

It's normal. It's just the hormones doing their job. You should go on maternity leave ASAP & get as much rest as you can. Congratulations!

Oh my! This is me all the way. Anything makes me mad. The phone ringing, somebody sneezing, just anything! I was already mean before I got pregnant, and now people just think I am the devil himself. I am on leave from school, im resting alot and I am still mean! The father of the child is so terrified of me right now, its actually kind of cute. LOL. im 37 weeks pregnant so it should all be over within the next 2-3 weeks. So in answering your question, NO your not being unreasonable. Being pregnant is a tough job in itself, you have the right to be mean 24/7!!!!

HOROMONES!!! lol....they are a horrible little pest!! I've been through it 2 times already. The best way I found to relax (as hard as it seems) is to simply take a break and breathe deep and count to 50....it helps out so much!! You are ending a long pregnancy which seems to last forever and just want to get back to normal....dont worry, it will be worth everything once you have your beautiful baby in your arms!! Good luck!!

I'm 35 weeks and a complete monster at the moment. I'm not sure how my busband puts up with me. I'm either deliriously happy, in floods of tears or raging like a banshee !
Most of my work colleagues are tip-toeing round me just in case they set me off. My only plan for between now and the birth is to try and avoid killing anyone, I've been seriously tempted on couple of occasions.
Aahhhhh....hormones.....

you are so absolutely right!!!!!!!! he should have dropped off food i don't give a damn how far his job is! you are not only pregnant, but 36 weeks!! co - workers also need to know to leave you the fu** alone. don't joke, your not in a funny mood. it is time to take your leave. walk up to your boss and say look, really f*** you, this job, and these corny a** co- workers. i am through. i'll be back in 6. and your husband really needs to understand, he should be extremely caring and giving right now. and if he thinks it's a trip now, wait until labor!!!!!!!! girl, take as many breaks as you need to, put your feet up, and relax. happy birthing!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am with you 100%. i just got through.

No, honey you are just being normal at 36 weeks. Your body is tired, you are tired so just have those mood swings. The baby will be there soon so just have the mood swings as your body needs too.
