I have been a non smoker since Jan of last year. There is no real herb or suppliments but find someone to quit with you and yall support each other. that is what i did. hubby and me did it together. the only way i can tell u is Will Power the wanting to do it , the knowing I have to do this, and simply stay with, and dont give up. Go to www.motleyfool. com and they have a chat room for people that are trying to quit or have already quit they are really friendly and very helpfull. Good luck !!!! Its hard but it is possible.

Try this, it actually works. When you've decided to really quit have a small ceremony and break every cigarette you have left and tell yourself they are not going to enslave you anymore. Then you'll need to get some cinnamon mouthwash (lavoris is best) and when you have the urge to smoke use the mouthwash and hold it in your mouth as long as you can, the longer the better. This works; I've seen it in action. My younger brother tried it and he quit smoking and hasn't since.

Yes, Vitamin B is a mood lifter and helps a lot. You can find other supplements (all natural vitamins) that can help at www.shaklee.com Good luck! By the way the Shaklee B Vitamin and Protein Shakes have helped me a lot. I have more energy and when I remember to take the B Vitamin I don't crave a smoke.

Cigarettes are bad for you and smoking weed is bad too. if you still want to get high but don't want to smoke, get yourself a vaporizer and have fun. If you quit smoking tobacco, you'll live longer. If you quit smoking weed, you'll live longer but you might not enjoy it as much.
