Kick the pervert to the curb. He is an adult with a child. You are young and need to do what young kids do. Don't drap yourself down and play mommy for that guy. Talk to your parents or a teacher. When you get my age you will be glad you dumped the guy. Hang out with your friends, date, go to college, and start your own family some day if that is what you want. The man is wrong for dating you and is taking advantage of you. Shame on him. Speaking from experience. I dated a 21 year old when I was 16 and he had a kid.

Is it wrong? Not unless a law is being broken. Is it a good choice? No. I'm sure you are a nice person, someone he likes being around. But being a bit older, I wonder why a 23 year old man with a child would want to date a 17 year old. A 23 year old with or without a child is (or should be) in a totally different mind set than a 17 year old. If he is emotionally immature, maybe he feels he can't get a date with someone his own age. In any case, for me, it would send up red flags all over. My advice is to find someone else closer to your age. It'll save a lot of heartache down the road.

If a 17 year old girl is asking the question, I would say YES!!!

This guy is s Child Molester...he would be arrested (in GA) for at least contributing to the delinquency of a minor (does this not ring a bell or sound familiar) Do not rationalize this yes he may have feelings for you but trust me the probably stop...oh around his GROIN area!!!....Please....even a 19 year old would have to answer to a judge if your parents (or any other responsible adult) would bring the question before the proper authorities.

If you have feelings for him....cut off any romance...friendship would be fine, always be in the company of others that can account for your where abouts and this will keep the gossipers and busybodies out of your business. But you must be above board on this....he is walking a very shaky line here.

No, it isn't. If the parents of the girl thought that it was wrong then they would kinda have to get over it also. A 23 yr. old guy with a child isn't a bad thing. He might have had bad past relationships, but that dosen't mean anything. As far as the age difference is concerned, I wouldn't worry about it. Six years won't seem like very much time very soon. Good luck in your relationship, if it's you!

if a 23 year old guy who has a kid is dating 17 year old girls, it is because girls his age are too smart to fall for his line - he cannot manipulate them - 17 year old girls are not as emotionally ready for the pressure a 23 year old can put on them - so the 17 year old wants to be "grown up" for this older guy - tell him to go jump in a lake & get a girl his own age - usually these guys are predators that cannot fool same age girls so go after less experienced ones.. no insult to you, but big difference in emotional maturity and world experience between 17 & 23 !! this guy is using you - he already had not been responsible & has a kid,, he not living with the mother? paying child support? look at the long run future with a guy like this!!

Well it's both wrong in the sense that you're a kid yourself and to get into a relationship where your guy has a kid it might make you grow up way too fast. And then there is the whole LOVE issue if you love him and want to be with him then there is nothing anyone can really say but good luck.

nicely as long as he's not after intercourse and unquestionably needs a real courting i don't see it being incorrect. that's confusing to declare what the adult males intentions are, additionally merely be careful. question the courting if intercourse starts off is extra into the courting, think of of what his intentions are then. that is going to likely be rather glaring. solid success, merely don't be taken earnings of. I have no thought what you 2 adulthood point is like or what there is between you too, so I circulate away my answer at this. --- additionally i'm 22, if i became fascinated in an 18 year previous (i'm interior the U. Im 16 and my boyfriend is 20 and we have a baby. I dont see anything wrong with 17 and 23 dating. As long as your mother is cool with it, and the relationship is healthy, go for it! Love knows no age.

I don't think so, but your parents might. I was 16 and dating a 28yr old, but we didn't have sex, because we didn't want him to get in trouble, and I wanted to be at least engaged before I had sex. We ended up breaking up and I was a virgin until I got married, but anywho back to your question.

Check the age of concent(yahoo search for age of concent) and see what it is. If it's 16 then you're safe, if it's 18, then you better make sure you don't get caught in anything close to a compromising position, until after you turn 18.
