Gandhi was in different era. People are not that conscious now.
Rang de Basanti has neatly represented the corruption and misuse of political power by politicians and represents the frustration of to days youth against corrupt political regime.
like rang de because it has taken a topic of gnat crashings, which has been deliberately ignored for a very long time. ther must be many families in india who have lost their young and dear ones yet neither the governments nor the Air force offices are bothered.

Rang de basanti.
Because I think its a very very powerful movie, i personally havent seen a movie like that for years.
The thing is with Lage raho...u knew u were going to walk out with a messge, but with rang de basanti it was so unpredictable.
It should be winning the oscars i must say.

Munna Bhai was the best comedy! And Rang De Basanti was just incredible. So it depends on what type of movie you like. I loved both.

Lage Raho was a comedy while rang de was a current affair.Both excelled in their own field.

i dont think we could compare these two movies.Munnabhai happens in a fantasi..whimsical world..it s just another comedy movie
