I am an American and a Christian. I know many Saudis who live here and they tell me they come from a beautiful country and theys speak so highly of it.
I want to move to Saudi Arabia and live there with these wonderful, cultured people.
How can I move to Saudi Arabia, practice my faith and live amongst the people who have been advertised to be so accomodating and tolerant?

Just keep in mind that quite a number of al-Qaeda's operatives have been trained in Saudi-sponsored madrasahs). This is in order to dissuade them from overthrowing the monarchy--a protection scheme that is shaky at best, given the hatred most citizens feel for the ruling family and the U.S.

*no free speech - unless of course you speak unfondly of the U.S.
*huge sexual repression
*most violent & hateful versions of Islam taught at their schools

LOL!! Yeah, make sure if you are a chick you wear a pair of daisy dukes and a tank top to the bazzars, wear a big old Jesus piece too around your neck. You'll quickly find out how wonderful, cultured, and accomodating these people are. LOL.
In the Army, I saw this PREGNANT woman get stomped and beaten by her husband and his brother because of a disagreement. We wanted to help her, but our liason told our commander that this was by law the right of the husband for the wife's "disobedience", it's allowed by the Koran, and their laws are based on religion (their interpretation of Islam) over there.
You quickly get used to seeing women get bitchslapped for talking or looking at troops, or anything the man she's with feels is improper. I guess this is where Dolomite and Ike Turner perfected their pimp hand.

religious place? No, you purchased all of it incorrect. each Muslim is of the same opinion that the Saudis are the farthest remote from Islam as available. they have thoroughly demoralized Islam with their pathetic custom and practices. they are usual as "the backside of persons on the holiest of land". you will see the way all of it starts once you first step foot in the airport. whilst they locate out you're midsection jap or Muslim even however vacationing from the west, they manage you like airborne dirt and dust to them you're a foreigner. merely watch how they confer with people like they are animals. sure, you will get a reliable activity, and sure a number of it is appealing, particularly the holly places however the persons or could I say MANY no longer all the natives are merely undeniable airborne dirt and dust bags. first of all you must be a Muslim. only Islam is practiced in that country and they have a right to deny any person moving to their country. you can be put to death for practicing Christianity

there's always the foreign missions department of whatever church/denomination you are a part of. i know in the Assemblies of God you can hook up with a missionary in a foreign country and work with them for a period of time...see if you like it. you should consider.
