i am working in my "c" drive and i want to erase the program thats on the "c" drive and put that program in the "d" drive how do i do that

You'll have to uninstall the program, and then run its install program again, choosing your D drive as the install location.

Uninstall your programs using the Control Panel >> Add or Remove Programs tool, then reinstall them. When asked (on installation) to enter installation path, just type the one you wish (starting with D:\)

Stuff that needn't be installed (mp3, movies, docs, ...): just cut/paste them on your drive "D".
