yes!!! yes yes yes...I had it done on my legs, armpits and it was great. Have a test done in a small area to see if you tolerate the pain well (it does hurt a little) and it works with your skin (it doesn't work in some cases where hair isn't too dark), I definitely recommend it if you are tired of shaving or waxing, plus there are some places where they guarantee that if hair grows back they will remove it again for free (some hairs grow back during pregnancy or hormone treament so this is always good to know beforehand).

Yes, but it does depend where the hair is, how coarse & the colour. Very fair hair is easier to laser remove than darker hair. It is also very expensive as you need multiple treatments over a certain period of time. I've not had a good experience with laser hair removal - had it for a period of two years, spent well over £1,000 and there hasn't been much change to the hair growth. But everyone is different - make sure you have a thorough consultation before paying for any treatment! Good Luck!

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

In my s.o.'s experience - he has chestnut hair and pale skin - the hair grew back. The laser treatments were painful for him (low threshold for pain) so I have regrets for him. The face and neck area were acutely painful to him without any lasting results. This was 3 years ago and perhaps the technology is finer-tuned.

I am afraid electrolysis and laser are the options with the best results in the market. They work best on fair skin and dark hair.

My cousin used the laser method to have body hair removed and it left her skin very red and bumpy. It was almost as if it had burned her skin. She was very disappointed.

It really depends on your skin sensitivity and the coarseness and thickness of your hair.
But yes, it is a good option if you have the money and patience to follow through.

i think electrolysis is a good idea on private areas like under arm and bikini and also problem areas like upper lips and chins on women as it will never really be fashionable but on places like your eyebrows i dont think people should do it as fashions change and once you have had it done your stuck with that shape and you might decide you would like to change but it would be too late

its very painful and isn't actually permanent. I'd save myself the hassle and money if I were you and just wax.
