It could be anything. She really needs to go to the doctor. Nobody here can diagnose her.

I had this problem and I know it could be many things, but I found that I needed to up the fiber in my diet, which was due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. I'm sure there's other things that is going on with your sister, but that might be something to consider. But to really find out you need to go see a doctor.

Your sister needs to see a doctor. She could have IBS, irritable bowl syndrome, or something similar. She will need medications but she will feel so much better. Best wishes to your sister!

could be upset tummy period something she eaten or just a good clear out tell her too eat just dry toast and water for a day

It could be a UTI, but that's just a guess. Take her to the doctor.
