BUT I THINK MOST CASES TEY DOO 'COZ THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE AND SUMTIME AFTER WARDS THEY REPLACE IT
BY THEE WAY DID THEY BROKE INTO UR HOUSE BY BREAKING UR DOOR????

I dont think they have to replace it if there is a warrant and the door was not opened for them by the person inside.

You file damages with the city and they replace it. Especially if they found nothing in your house you could sue them.
