It is not safe to dye hair in pregnancy, especially during the first 3 months. My beautician says that everytime she has dyed a pregnant woman's hair, the woman miscarried within a few days. She now refuses to do it.

the reason persons are informed to maintain away from hair dye is that there's a more effective possibility your hair received't take the colour with each and every of the more effective hormones your body is kicking out in the present day. With that comes the possibility that you're going to sense you want to do it repeatedly if its not taken like wide-spread and that is the position the priority is. Do what makes you sense sturdy, delight on your being pregnant!

Avoiding chemicals all through pregnancy is recommended, especially in the first trimester. My doc said no perms or hair dying at all, but I did and my son is fine. I also know many people that have dyed their hair all through pregnancy and were ok. I guess it's a matter of how much you want to heed the warnings and how cautious you chose to be.
