NO!

Chocolat eis toxic to many animals and should never be fed to hamsters or rabbits along with Ice cream.

I know it is tempting to share treats you like with pets y ou love but dont do it .. share a carrot

Also if you gave it to them and th ey did not die does not mean it will not effect them later or it wont kill them the next time you give it to them....

I would not do this.

I would avoid all sugar really for these 2 animals they simply do not have the ability to process it correctly and alos chocolate has caffiene..a small amount to us but they can not process that either.

Reg. food is best
I recommend Purina Rabbit show , you can get a local feed mills or pet stores.. its basic chow very good and not too expensive... for Hamster a good chow is anything commerical that he or she likes really.

For Hamster and rabbit carrots ( peeled to get rid of pesticides) are good treats. I do not recommentd feeding a hamster to mcuh leafy vegetation as they can get Wet tail or diahreah. Rabbits however seem better able to regulate this.

Of course much depends on the age , heath and breed of each animal. Consult your vet.

Hope this helps!

Such a bastard! Just like for cats and dogs, no chocolate. But my cat loves ice cream. Not a good idea for any rabbit or hamster.

Yes, it can kill them, and is way too sugary for them anyway.

Hamsters need the mixed hamster diet and can occasionally eat leafy veggies and a small amount of fruit.

Yes, as I know for rabbits. If you must give them a treat my rabbits love Oxbow papaya tablets. It's like bunny candy with the added benefit of helping their digestive system.

Haha! I bet you must love your pets too much to want to share your indulgence with them. I've tried feeding my mouse with ferrero rochor and he went to heaven(hopefully) the next day. I felt so guilty! No hard feelings but definitely no to your question. =)

you may think that you're giving them a treat, but you're endangering their health! Chocolate and dairy products are NOT good for animals - not in any amount, not ever, period.
