We are top of the league,
we are top of the league.

hahaha thats what the cardiff city fans were chanting at Steve Bruce just a few weeks ago when the boys went down to an away defeat. It's funny how the tables have turned isn't it?

Presently 2 points clear, a victory tommorrow will place us on the path to return to our rightful place in the premiership.

R U going down to watch the match?

You may be top of the Championship at the moment but now that Martin O’Neill is over the road at the Villa you haven’t got a cat in hell’s chance of being the top club in Birmingham, not for a long long time to come. And anyway, you should be top of the league. With the money you got from selling Pennant and Heskey, most of which Steve Bruce was given to re-invest, you should be walking away with the league. Not to mention the fact that you’re still getting parachute payments from the Premier League. I know comparatively speaking Cardiff are reasonably well off by Championship standards, but given they have had to sell players, most notably Cameron Jerome to your lot, it’s much more of an achievement for them to be up at the top than Birmingham. I know you sold players too but that was to premiership teams on premiership fees, which you re-invested.

I was at the cardiff game, your fans got in a right little paddy when we were 2-0 up and started throwing chairs around

you gotta love the irony of the cardiff fans chanting 'sit down and behave yourselves' at someone else.

Hope your enjoying Cameron Jerome by the way £4mill?! that has got to be one of the poorest buys ever, hes only had one decent season for us. I was estatic with £4mil for him though, he was an arogant tit and often looked like he couldnt be bothered, Chopra looks a much better signing/player

Congratz on being to of the leauge, Cardiff realistically were never guna stay there for too long but it was nice while it lasted and who knows it may happen again. Dave Jones is a great manager and deserves a medal for what hes done with the bluebirds!

Your in the CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!

I wouldn't go around boasting about that if I were you.

The fact is the season just started and you know you'd rather be bottom of the Premier League than top of the championship. And you don't have a rightful place in the premiership if you did you would never of gotton relegated.

No Football Club has a rightful place in any division, you are where you deserve to be (except for the few clubs that have had ten points deducted for going into administration).

Birmingham strike me as one of those clubs that are too good for the Championship, but not good enough for the Premiership.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

Why do you think you have a right to be in the premier league?
A look at recent history makes me wonder how you come to that conclusion. It would seem you,re just ordinary run of the mill shite
