I would at the very least talk to my doctor first -- and if for any reason you think you are pregnant, ensure (1) your doctor knows you are working out (I would guess you are talking about a gym membership), and (2) if you have a personal trainer, let him/her know you are either trying conceive or are pregnant. As far as I know, it is perfectly to workout and stay in the best fitness you can during your pregnancy, but be sure you know the right things to do so you do not endanger yourself or your baby,

As long as you're not overexerting yourself it'll be good for you, and you can keep going after you get pregnant. Doctors reccomend 30 minutes of light exercise per day, to keep yourself in shape while you're pregnant.
Just, after you find out there's no lifting over 10lbs(or 15 depends on who you ask) and tons of other stuff. I know women who still went running at 35w pregnant because they were in such good shape before pregnancy.

sure you can - I'm ttc and a member of a gym...BUT i hardly ever go anymore and i wish i could get out of my contract! id rather walk or run in my neighborhood. i also do pilates and yoga at home! id rather have that extra money every month to go towards the baby. but maybe you can find a gym that you can just pay month to month because when you get bigger, its gonna be harder to get to the gym on a regular basis then after birth they tell you to wait at least 6 weeks before exercising again! good luck to you and good luck on the baby making too :)

Yes, of course! Actually, it is a good idea to get in shape before you get pregnant. Your pregnancy will be a lot easier if you are in shape and continue to work out throughout your pregnancy. I worked out until about 2 weeks before I delivered; just remember to modify your routine per your doctor's recommendations. Gongrats on the decision to try and good luck!

Definitely YES. Just because you're pregnant (or soon to be), doesn't mean you have to sit around on your duff. Stay active and in shape. The more in shape you are, and the more in shape your muscles are, you'll have an easier labor.
My wife went to the gym until her 37th week.
Doctors actually will recommend it.

Yes. That would be the best thing you could do....It will strengthen the cervix and make your labor go faster whenever you do get pregnant. Don't do anything too extensive or difficult once you are pregnant. Don't do anything you are noy used to doing pre-pregnancy. Good Luck.

you sure can. Nothing wrong with exercise. When you get pregnant, the recommend you don't start exercising if you're body is not conditioned for it.. so now is the time to get it conditioned and ready for a healthy pregnancy. As soon as you conceive, I would just slow it down a bit for the first tri-mester.. the scary part of the pregnancy.

yes you can actually continue working out while pregnant as long as it's not too strenuous.. my friend was overweight and couldn't get pregnant her Dr' told her to start exercising and she lost weight and a year later had a baby so it's OK... good luck!!
