Tyler is a relentless player for the UNC Tarheels. But they have so many talented players now. Will that affect his numbers and take him out of the POY race?

I say he has a very good chance of winning the POY award... First of all, I think he is the total package... He is a very skilled low post scorer, very good rebounder and defender, always plays with a lot of fire and passion... Winning is his main thing and he doesn't mind involving his teammates in offense...

As was seen last year in the NCAA playoff game vs. George Mason, Hansbrough had a sub-par game because 1)the Patriots were defending against him specifically, and 2) none of the other players for the 'Heels were playing as they had earlier in the tournament. There will be plenty of points for Hansbrough this year, and he will be in the POY race until the end.

as long as they keep winning he will get his props. this year he has to be a leader in order to take an honor like that even if the numbers aren't there initially hes gotta be a presence.
