yes you can. i have cable. run your cable (coax) to your cable modem, from your modem you will have an ethernet connection. instead of running that ethernet cord to your computer, run it to the wireless router.

yea why not sure, just buy a wi-fi router that has a BNC connector, one thing more if u don;t find such a router than go for cisco coaxial cable Internet routers which has a port through which u can connect to external antenna, u will need a cable to connect an antenna to a router, that's all and u r wi-fi will start working or run a coax cable to ur cable modem and then run a cat 5, cat 5e or cat 6 cable from Ethernet port of the modem to a wi-fi bridge, Access Point or a Wi-fi router.

Yes you can. Wireless routers just route the ethernet over wireless. Thus all you need to do is connect your cable modem to the wireless router and then connect the wireless router to anything you want.

Yes absolutely. Connect your cable modem cable to the back of your cable modem. Then take a Cat5 or Cat6 cable and connect that from the back of the cable modem where it should say "Ethernet", and run that cable to the back of the Wireless modem where it says "Internet" or sometimes "WAN".
