Try mindmapping what the question is asking you. Check out Tony Buzan mindmaps. They help to organise your thoughts & ensure you answer as fully as possible.

I totally agree with you I am just doing mine. I wish that they would put it in plain English. You are not on your own struggling with "their terminology". What unit are you stuck on maybe I can help. I am almost finished.
