Computer help please, this may be an easy one.?

When I go to www.launch.com, I cant see the videos but I can hear the sounds. Is that the firewall or something? It also happens at VH1.com, but I can watch youtube.

You probably need a codec...download the XP codec pack:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/XP_Codec_Pack.htm

1. Check if speaker is connected to your PC
2. Check if the sound in not very low or muted( try readjusting it; a beep sound will occur)
3. Check if the specific application is muted.
