The dems have been conventional for electing wildhorses out of their primaries. there's a competent danger that it's going to no longer be any of the front runners now who get the dem nod. Plus there's a protracted thank you to Nov. '08. I doubt every physique can say that's a undeniable victory.

yes, I know my own, but suspect the #2 guy is doing more of the decision making than the #1 guy; which is a whole 'nother subject. The first needs a brain, the second needs a heart. Ever get the feeling we live in the land of Oz?
But do any citizens of the US know the leader and vice-leader of any other country?
I don't even know who the PM of Canada is, or the new pres of Mexico (don't even know if he has taken office yet, Vicente Fox was the last).
How embarrassing to realize how insular and nation-centric I have been. I really need to pay more attention to the rest of the world. Now you have done it, I now determine to go study more.
