my menu bar [where the start menu is]some how gone to the top of the screen but i cant bring it back with mouse any one help plz?

GUYS nothing helping its on the top and mouse cant bring it back it can go bigger but wont come to the bottom

Click on a blank space on it and drag it down to the bottom.

Right click the taskbar and make sure "Lock the Taskar" is unchchecked. Then just click on the bar and drag it back to the bottom, and lock the taskbar once again.

just pick it with mouse simply drag it to the right position and drop it there.

right click on the task bar, uncheck "lock the taskbar". you should b able to move it with your mouse.

just left click and hold then drag it to where you want it
