Well, you don't really want to earse everything from your hard drive, because that means you wouldn't even have an operating system.
But you can uninstall specific programs to make room for other programs.
To do this (if you are using Windows XP), you click the "Start" button, then click the "Control Panel" button, then select "Add or Remove Programs" from the list of available programs. Once "Add or Remove Programs" appears, you select the program (only one at a time) that you want to remove from your computer, and click the "Change/Remove" button. With some programs, you need to reboot the computer to complete the operation before you try to do anything else with your computer.
Good luck.

You might want expert help on this. You need someone with more experience than you. By the way your question is written, you probably don't know enough to uninstall/install. It's really simple, but you do need to be careful.
If you ever do need to erase THE WHOLE DISK, (which you don't right now by the way) get a technician or a very knowledgeable friend.

still if you want to delelete all files; including OS, follow simple steps -
1. Start the computer using a boot disk (prepare if you don't have any)
2. Select format command from there.
3. Type format x: , where x is the drive lettter.
4. Go back rest and watch everything is going to hell.
Be careful everything means everything on your computer will be lost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You don't need to format your computer to uninstall Office...just go to Control Panel then Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it there.
