How can a person who has done drugs everyday since age 13, smoked since 19, look like hes 35 and fit at 44?

I have smoked cigs since 12, pot since 13, held stressful labor intensive employment since 16 and pass for 35.

I think it's the physical activity mixed with a mind-set that refuses to acknowledge that their is really any difference between last years season (Fall, spring, et all) and the current or impendind one.

I have a 59 yr old Nam vet 2Nd cousin who acts like he's sixteen but looks 38. I have another cousin who is 49 who looks like he is 32. So maybe it is in the genes.

Sure! Although it's a genetic factor, life and habit heavily condition our health and look! Drug, alcohol, smoke, work, stress and bad nutrition impair our fitness and skin principally. Aging will be more pronounced with life shorter than the usual.

It should catch up. I hope it would, people who do drugs get what they deserve sooner or later. And you can't be truly 'fit' if you smoke and do drugs all the time.

I have no real clue but I think good genes have something to do with it. However, all of that will catch up sooner or later.

particular. i individually began smoking whilst i became eighteen... i've got consistently enjoyed the scent of smoke, and actually found myself putting out in smoke crammed rooms just to soak up that scent, incredibly whilst somebody became smoking greater end pipe tobacco. I picked up my first %. of cigarettes as quickly because it became felony.
