The EASIEST way is to find a web site provider that has a Shopping Cart application integrated in their offering. I know www.bluegenesis.com has one. This way, you won't need to program anything.

If you want something more complex or customized, Macromedia Dreamweaver / MySQL / PHP is the way to go. But you'll need some experience. Many programmers out there know how to do this, so it shouldn't be a problem. Give them a few diamonds and they'll do it for you! :)

I would have to say www.godaddy.com

This is the easiest way to get you ecommerce site going. They host your ecommerce site for you. They use templates as your e store, so its easy and no coding needed.
