No, guys just say that because they want an unattractive girl to think they are attractive to the guy so he can get laid. However, guys that are friends can see the beauty on the inside.

Fact is, men are visually stimulated. We're just wired that way. Having said that, if what's inside isn't attractive, I won't find the outside attractive for long.
