I googled 'animal placemats" and found several companies. click on animal placemats,company name "My Paper Shop-Northwood Paper Placements," the had a hog which looked like your pig,and their were several other sites.GOOD LUCK>

you could find decals of pigs and either sew or iron them on plain place mats ..go to a fabric store or dept look for pig fabric and they can give you pointers how to make place mats or you can buy the items and look for a seamtress in your area to make them good luck
